This granny flat build was built with a brick veneer construction with a Colorbond roof. Starting at site required lots of demolition works to clear the land for the new dwelling, old slabs and footings were found underground that needed to be removed as they obstructed new footings. The land had some slope on it so it required some large drop edges and stepped footings. All works took place while the clients were living in the front existing house.
